We just want to have a good time in the woods with our friends.
& GET MARRIED

Please pack like you would for any other camping trip. You’re on your own for your meals and drinks for the majority of the weekend. (see reception for more info)
The weather in September is unpredictable and may be transitioning into Fall at this time of year. Please bring layers and warm sleeping supplies.
Things to really remember: headlamp, layers, camp chair, quarters for showers
Optionals: paddle boards, fishing gear, yard games,

This wedding will be crunchy - maybe even Mountain Chic. We’re encouraging comfort with some class. Especially shoe wise - the entire campsite is dirt/gravel road. The ceremony will be on the lake which may be muddy.
Please check the weather closer to the trip as September is unpredictable. It will be cooler at night, so a jacket is recommended.
Also approved: bolos, pearl snaps, chacos, & kick-ass hats

We will be providing a catered dinner with appetizers on Saturday. As well as beer and canned drinks for the reception. You’re more than welcome to bring your own cocktails or drinks to the reception.
All other meals and drinks are up to you! We suggest getting into contact with your fellow campers and meal planning. We will be sending out campsite assignments once we receive your RSVPs!
-
We will be acquiring all campsites for the weekend. We’ll send out your campsite assignments closer to the wedding date!
There are no individual site hook ups. The camper services building provides coin showers and flush toilets during summer. Water is available. Vault toilets are available year-round.
Each campsite accommodates up to two tents, or one tent and one RV, with a maximum of six people per site and no more than two vehicles. Pets are allowed, but must be on a six-foot leash and all pet litter must be picked up.

The ceremony will take place on the lake and is a short trail walk to get to. Please bring your own camp chair as that is what we will be using as seating to prevent damaging the banks.
Please wear appropriate shoes for a jaunt! It is not a strenuous walk, but the entire weekend will be taking place on dirt, gravel, and maybe mud - so think about leaving the heels at home. -
The reception will be at the group campsite within the park. We will be providing catered dinner and canned beer & wine/cocktails. If you want your own old fashion or hard liquor you may BYOB. The group site is attached to the campsites and everything will be within walking distance.
-
Cars are required to purchase a Daily Vehicle Pass for $10/day or have a State Park pass. Each site is allowed 2 cars. And there is limited additional parking.
Please think about carpooling!
